Reading Public Library - Infant & toddler sing-a-long will be offered on March 7th, March 21st, April 4th and April 18th at 10:15AM.  Peter Sheridan shares his repertoire of children’s music.  No sign up is necessary.

Reading Recreation Division is hosting it’s annual Easter Egg Hunt on Friday, April 18th. Children ages 2 - 10 can take part in this fun filled event! Kids will have the chance to search the grounds for mini eggs and other age appropriate prizes. Don’t forget to have your child’s picture taken with the Reading Recreation Bunny! Groups will be divided up by age so please pay attention to the schedule below. Kids should bring their own basket or paper bag to collect the eggs. Please remember to observe all neighborhood parking restrictions. Ages 2 - 3: 3:00PM Ages 4 -5: 3:15 PM Ages 6 -7: 3:30PM Ages 8-10: 3:45PM.

Reading T Ball Late Registration for Kids ages 5 & up - Open to players born between May 1, 2000 & August 31, 2003. Register at Dynamik Sports, 163 Main St., Reading. There is a $55 registration fee. All players will receive a trophy with their name engraved on it at the last game of the year. Log onto www.readingtball.org for registration form and more information.

Children’s Performer at Pottery Barn Kids in Burlington on Weds. April 9th. There will be two free performances by Hand and Al’s Fun Time at 10AM and 11AM.

Bird watching with Dave Williams – Sunday, April 27th at the Town Forest (Meet at the end of Strout Ave. Park on Grove Street). Local birder Dave Williams will be conducting Sunday morning bird walks at different locations in Reading beginning Sunday morning, April 27 and continuing through Sunday, June 1. Walks are free and open to all - young and old, regardless of bird watching experience.

Jump On In in Woburn offers open play every Monday from 10:30 – 12PM. Admission is on a first come first serve basis with a maximum of 25 children. Cost is $8 per child and parents must stay. For more information, call 781.939.5867.

GymStreet USA, Rte 38 in Wilmington offers open play every Thursday and Friday from 9:30 – 11AM. They have two rooms of bounce houses for all ages and an on sight snack bar. Cost is $7.00 per child. For more information, call 978.694.9678.

Create and Celebrate, 471 Essex St, Saugus offers drop in play every Friday from 10AM – 1PM. Perfect for families with children ages 0-5, spend quality time creating and socializing! They provide smocks and a variety of age-appropriate supplies to explore: collage material, clay, paints, brushes, stamps, stencils, chalk, beads, legos and more. $ 5.00 per family drop-in charge per session.
