MAKING CONNECTIONS > PLAYGROUP
LISTING
California
- North Orange County -
North Huntington Beach
Mother's Club - We serve all moms and their children, infant to preschool
age. Our playgroups are not separated by age of the children or by where you
live. As long as you are willing to drive to meet us, you are welcome.
- San Francisco - The
South
San Francisco Mother's Club offers a variety of activities for working
moms and stay-home moms living in South San Francisco and neighboring cities.
The SSF Mother's Club has weekday and Saturday playgroups and a babysitting
co-op which helps mothers exchange childcare. We plan family holiday parties,
an annual picnic and "Mom's Only" events. Monthly social and educational
meetings are scheduled on the 1st Wednesday
of each month from 7:15 - 9:00 pm. at the Municipal Services Building, 33
Arroyo, SSF.
Massachusetts
- Chelmsford -
Chelmsford Mother's Club consists of mothers with
children under 5 years of age. We hold monthly general meetings
and publish a bi-monthly newsletter. We also coordinate playgroups
and host "Mom's Night Out" events, special children's
activities, and family outings.
Want to list your playgroup organization here?
All we ask is your organization must:
- have a website we can link to... no e-mail addresses
- accept any interested member with a child of appropriate age, no exclusion due to race, religion, sex, or color of hair,
etc.
- place a link back to our site (in an area of your site
accessible to ALL visitors) for folks in our area who might find your site before ours.
This means no Yahoo! groups or sites that require access to a
"Members Only" password protected link or resources page.
Again the idea of this is to help potential members find the right
organization.
If your group meets these requirements, click
here to send us your listing!
(Please include your web address, state, area you serve and two or three sentences describing your organization. Also, we are more than happy to supply this list in HTML format for any other organization to build it's own playgroup directory page)
